Looking for responses to care.weblate.org tickets

@nijel @orangesunny - I've had a few issues submitted through your support website, which should be under our extended self-hosted support agreement. While I did just submit 2 separate questions in the last 24 hours, I'm looking for some support with an older thread - ticket 2010105, which I also submitted a related ticket as 2010853 which got "merged" by someone from your team.

I have open questions/concerns/issues around the review workflow:

• within components have the review workflow enabled and Weblate has the automatic translation add-on configured with the Weblate and Weblate Translation Memory sources, does Weblate include or ignore translations from other components that have not yet been approved? (I asked this on December 17th)
• I'm looking to propagate the approved state of translations when creating a new component due to a new branch of the same repository (I asked this on January 2)
• While investigating propagating the approved state, I found that uploading translations for some languages just didn't do anything (why I created ticket 2010853), which I assume is some kind of Weblate bug, but I'm not sure what/how to troubleshoot.
