@nijel @orangesunny - I've had a few issues submitted through your support website, which should be under our extended self-hosted support agreement. While I did just submit 2 separate questions in the last 24 hours, I'm looking for some support with an older thread - ticket 2010105, which I also submitted a related ticket as 2010853 which got "merged" by someone from your team. I have open questions/concerns/issues around the review workflow:
