Change file type for Arealize videos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Many of the videos are in the .mov format. These files are larger in size, due to less compression, compared to mp4. This will result in a larger load time.

Describe the solution you'd like
For the videoes where the highest quality isn't vital, use the .mp4 format instead.

Doing a quick lighthouse report, one can see the effect of this, where the site scores very poorly on performance, and some of the bottleneck is this type of media files. Especially the first one is super unnecessary since it appears quite small on the website, and does not need the quality level it currently has.
