I would like to request support for the OnePlus 13 in this project. The OnePlus 13 is an upcoming/popular device with the following key specifications:

Model: OnePlus 13 (CPH2653)

Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite

Android Version: Android 15

Kernel Version: android15-6.6.30 (raw)

There is no source code for Oneplus 13 kernel yet, which mean there is no support for Oneplus 13 yet. Just hang on and wait further more
