Manual control and charging batteries from grid: legal information

Hello,
I just installed the Modbus-multi integration and I see that I can force the charging of the batteries from the grid power.
Living in Switzerland, I heard that legally, such batteries can only be charged from the solar power and not from the grid.
Do you have information about that? What are your experience? Is it risky to to that?
