Can't establish Communication to SolarEdge

Followed the instructions and toggled the swith to P for less than 5 seconds, open a browser pointing to http://172.16.0.1 and eventuall responds with This site can't be reached. Took too long to respond.
Looking at Fing devices, it has the SolarEdge inverter at http://192.168.0.246, point the browser at this address and received response Refused to connect.

Any suggestions, bty the installed claimed that the Modbus was enabled.
