"terminate sockets" -> yes, but only if not split tunneled by IP/subnets #268

Description

In release 2.17.9, I have set the option "Terminate Sockets" which as I understand closes existing connections when a VPN is established.

It's a good idea/feature to have, however can you please exclude any potential split tunnelled IP/subnets from this termination?

E.g. look at my case, I run Winscribe within a WIn11 VM that is accessed via RDP. My client IP/subnet is whitelisted in the Windscibe app. Still when I connect the VPN I get disconnected and I need to reconnect which somehow doesn't make much sense as I'm whitelisted so all these protections shouldn't apply (e.g. like I'm already excluded from the firewall always on)

Thanks
