Shift+Arrow key macro not working properly.

Describe the bug
Shift Key is not held down properly when used in combination with any arrow key.

E.g. a macro with: "L-SHIFT Down -> ArrowLeft -> ArrowLeft -> L-SHIFT Up"...
...will produce an input of "L-SHIFT -> ArrowLeft -> L-SHIFT - ArrowLeft - L-SHIFT"
