Going with the business man story, what business man doesn't want to check his emails? In fact, who wouldn't need their emails? I need to check my E-mails, you need to check your emails, even my grandmother needs to check her emails!
this is something I even want, it would be nice to have the ability to get your top emails (add the ability to change the variable depending on the person) and then show them on the screen similar to the calendar. but with this being more frantic information, we want to have it refresh a lot more often, which could clog up python
with this being a bit less public information, it is going to be a bit more challenging to get a solution that supports everyone, and using something like G-Mail API won't work for everyone (hell even me). But getting it to work on G-mail could be a good starting point.
we could use JSON, similar to OWM, with it having a separate place to put information and able to refresh on its own terms instead of relying on the information not needing to be as important.
optional cool features
on the lower priority list, finding some way to have it interrupt the normal flow of things would be cool whenever it receives a new email, for urgency.
