Improve send-suggestion command to reduce the posibility of errors #1
Description
The send-suggestion command contains two options, the text (the suggestion in this case) and the channel, to reduce the possibility of an error the message should be automatically sent to the suggestions channel, therefore deleting the channel option on the send-suggestion command.
