Switch testing framework for more complete offline testing #3

After looking into the latest testing for Alexa skill I think it would be good to switch to Brian MacIntosh's Alexa Skill Test Framework. This is referenced in a recent Amazon blog post.

The key features this would help with are offline DynamoDB and session support.
