📝 Issueの概要

このイシューの目的は、component移動の効率を高めることです。

📚 背景情報

Web上でコンポーネント間の移動を便利にする手段を選定し、navbarを利用したcomponent移動方法を採用することになりました。

💄 style : Modify root style in global.css

- Unify the root css background to white
- We don't have plans to offer a dark mode at this time, so this will be a future fix.
