[BUG] : Uninstalling mod shows error message, but still uninstalls mod.

Issue encountered

Deleting a mod does complete successfully, but BSM shows an unlocalized error message when doing so. "notifications.mods.uninstall-mod.msg.errors.generic.fs.delete-file"

Seems to be due to it attempting to delete from both /IPA/Pending and /Plugins but it's only present in one.

Happens with any mod (tried HighlightBombs, Particle Overdrive, NoteCutGuide).

Expected Behavior

Check if file exists before deleting and only error if that fails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install mod
2. Uninstall mod
