[BUG]: Window stays blank

Issue encountered

When opening BS Manager, the window just stays completely white and nothing happens.
Running bs-manager in the terminal also shows nothing of interest

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run bs-manager
2. Blank window

Running on NixOS Unstable, Niri 25.02

Running through the terminal yields the following output:

@ixhbinphoenix how did you install it on NixOS? Did you install it by .deb or you used the NixOS build. A guide should be available in #817.

NixOS build, it's in nixpkgs

If there are more issues from people on NixOS using the package from Nixpkgs, please direct them back to https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/new. Our current package is bound to cause issues, as we ship our own version of Electron, so ideally we should look at issues within our own packaging first.
