Running on multistore 8.1.5 - cannot run on shop id 2

HI,
we want to use plugin on one of our stores shop id 2. There is no option to run it on store 2, only on store 1. Whenever I try to fill api pass and user name on shop id 2 it disapear after refreshing the page. On shop id in general packeta widget is working but external providers pickup points are not loaded in.

Or maybe how to switch module from running on shop id 1 to shop id 2 instead. :) Would be helpful.
