nodejs 처럼 npm install 해서 사용하지는 못하지만, 모듈별로 required 모듈에 대해 Makefile.PL 에 적고 cpanm 등을 활용해서 extlib 에 두고 실행할때 @INC 를 잡아주면 될 것 같은뎅;

cpanm 에서 git repo 혹은 http 를 지원하는지 찾아봐야합니다.
