ZDEMO_EXCEL16/ZDEMO_EXCEL_CHECKER Exception 1 while uploading the file W_bio.bmp

Depending on the SAP GUI components installed on your laptop, ZDEMO_EXCEL16 may show this error (with the selection screen default values):

Exception 1 while uploading the file at "<SAPGUI-directory>\wwi\graphics\W_bio.bmp"

NB: <SAPGUI-directory> is a little bit misleading, it doesn't represent the actual folder used, which is actually C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPGUI (on my laptop, it may vary depending on the installation).

This file is the one which is defined by default in the selection screen:

The SAP GUI 8.0 installed by my company on my laptop doesn't contain the folder wwi:

For information, the program zdemo_excel_checker also shows the same error popup and the status "gui_upload error..." is shown (*) in the final result:

(*) The status "gui_upload error..." may not be shown if the file 16_Drawings.xlsx was already present in the directory, generated during a previous execution when another SAP GUI was installed (W_bio.bmp existed at that time).
