I ran:

git clone https://github.com/aboutcode-org/scancode.io.git && cd scancode.io
make envfile
docker compose build

I this shows up as a message:

WARN[0000] The "GUNICORN_RELOAD_FLAG" variable is not set. Defaulting to a blank string.
