Support createCard

Is there a reason why createCard is not supported?

If I just want to generate a card token without authorising a payment what is the best way to achieve this?

It was just not implemented, but not for any particular reason. Pull requests are welcome if you have any code.

I'm not sure, you will need to dig through the docs. Some gateways support a payment of zero to get a card token, so it is worth looking into that. Some gateways have specific endpoints to create card tokens.
