GitHub container registry location is incorrect in "README.md"

Following content is present in "README.md" :

The Acorn image of this service is hosted in GitHub container registry at [ghcr.io/acorn-io/redis:v#.#-#](ghcr.io/acorn-io/redis).

Clicking on this link (from hub UI) currently takes the user to an invalid location.

GitHub container registry location needs to be corrected to https://ghcr.io/acorn-io/redis
