[Windows] Removal of Azure and Azure Powershell module from windows images from 14-02-2025

Breaking changes

AzureRM and Azure modules (old) will be removed from Windows 19 and Windows 22 Os'es . As these are deprecated from Microsoft end on February 29, 2024.

Target date

Image deployment will start on February 10,2025 and will take 2-3 days.

The motivation for the changes

Upgrade from the AzureRM to the Az PowerShell module to maintain ongoing support and receive updates

Possible impact

If your projects depend on old AzureRM ans Azure powershell module, they might impact.
