Supporting forks

Up until recently, we believed forks to be cumbersome to work with on Franklin. After new information has been revealed, you can work with forks on Franklin relatively easily. I have updated Milo's README to better reflect this...

Detailed

1. Fork this repo.
2. Install the Helix Bot on your forked repo.
3. Clone your forked repo down to your computer.
4. Install the Helix CLI using your terminal: sudo npm install -g @adobe/helix-cli
5. In a terminal, run hlx up your repo's folder on your computer. It will open a browser.
6. Open your repo's folder in your favorite code editor and start coding.

Moving forward, I would encourage everyone to work off their own fork of Milo as it should make permission issues much less annoying.

Another note regarding forks, you will need to change the ?milolibs={your-branch-name} format slightly, to:

?milolibs={your-branch}--milo--{your-gh-username}
