The After Sight Model 1 is developed and manufactured by After Sight, a Canadian not-for-profit corporation, and is made available to
users subject to the user's acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use.
By allowing the device to operate, you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

After Sight shall not be liable for any damages, costs or losses whatsoever arising as a result of your use of the
After Sight Model 1. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless After Sight and its affiliates, employees,
directors, and contractors from any and all liabilities, damages, claims, suits, judgments, demands, costs and expenses,
including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis due to or arising out of your use of, or inability to use,
the After Sight Model 1.

Your use of the After Sight Model 1 is at your sole risk.

The After Sight Model 1 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and it is not guaranteed
that the After Sight Model 1 will be suitable for your purposes or requirements. After Sight disclaims all warranties,
representations, conditions and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied, whether in contract, tort, or
otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied term of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose,
and any standard of reasonable care and skill.
