The current AIAP is restricted for use with IPv4 network only. Propose to enable it for use with dualstack.

The changes are very minimal vis a vis AIAP. But when dualstack support is implemented in airshipctl (#655), it will turn AIAP to become a very useful testing tool.

I have used AIAP with a private IPv6 network to demonstrate a dualstack setup using airship.
