Anuket Conformance Testing in Ericsson BM Lab

Leverage the test suite defined in #143 & apply Anuket k8s conformance testing to the Ericsson R2 baremetal lab.

This will be a follow on issue once #91 & #92 have been completed.

I tried running the tests in Ericsson Lab. The test involves creating a python based virtual env, and install a bunch of dependecies using pip. The virtual env got setup. However, the step, ansible-playbook functest-kubernetes-src/ansible/site.cntt.yml failed. I have created a bug for the issue here - anuket-project/anuket-specifications#2428 . I have been following the instructions from https://cntt-n.github.io/CNTT/doc/ref_cert/RC2/chapters/chapter03.html

This can be closed if required. We tested this with capd 1.18.6 (Anuket Jerma 1.17 passed on them), and shared the results.
For version 1.21, we need airshipctl to be uplifted (One ps remaining https://review.opendev.org/c/airship/airshipctl/+/810788)
Once the docker uplift (1.21.2) work is merged, I can run 1.21 anuket tests
