Currently, there is no page for adding new projects. The link given in the dashboard is non-functional.

Dashboard

Therefore I want to create the whole page and connect it to the existing API for creating the project.
I will also change the API for adding the project, since it is currently just for demo purposes.

Please assign the issue to me under GSSOC 23.
