Alert manager dashboard issue after upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded our Splunk version to 8.1.5 and Alert manager to 3.0.8 from 2.2.2, but App is not working as expected. So change is now reverted back to old one.

We observed user defined alert status, description, category, subcategory, tags and default key inforamtions are missing in the alert manager console (Attached screenshot for evidence).

I am seeking your assistance to troubleshoot and fix issues with alert manager.
