Issue accessing alire github

Hi, I'm trying to follow the installation guide and Hello World crate example but getting an error:

(company URL redacted)

I have env vars set for HTTP_PROXY & HTTPS_PROXY, as per our company proxy.pac file that other tools use.

Any ideas how to get past this? I couldn't find any --proxy options.

Turns out my HTTPS_PROXY envvar wasn't correct...it needed to use http:// and not https://.
