Update F-Droid build

Afraid the changes are minor, not well tested, and the app is no longer compatible with modern Android versions (from at least API level 33).

I've used it on Android 14 and it works still. Not as well as before, but still useful

The current version doesn't work on a Moto g power 5g, running android 14, downloaded from fdroid.

No pressure to make it work, just adding a data point.

For anyone interested, I updated the App to work on modern Android.
Main change was to bundle opencv removing the external dependency, also updated the file management to use the android provided means to store images etc.

The App will be much bigger now.

@Svetlana-T I published a release in the meantime. I will try to fix any error if there are any, as I didn't change any of the logic apart from saving. I don't use the app I managed to acquire a used scanner and I use that istead :)

@Svetlana-T Sadly the process seems to be a bit involved and I don't have the time currently.
You can download the apk from my release or build it yourself (basically just requires Android Studio)
