IO problem

I'm using an esp32c3 chip, but I'm having a really weird problem. If DHT11 DATA can only be used when it is connected to IO2 or 8 and 9, it can be used normally. However, connecting other I/O ports will always return -1 and so on. I checked the manual and found that these three usable IO ports are Strapping pins. Now if I want to connect DHT11 at other IO ports, what should I do?

I am also using esp32c3 chip, and i get same problem. My ESP-IDF version is 5.2.2 and OS is Ubuntu 22.04.

When i use the GPIO 4, i can't get dht11 data status is -1. However, Using the GPIO 4, everything is ok. So the problem is Bug?
