This bug looks exactly like XUANTIE-RV/gcc#1
Happens on a Arch Linux RISC V Development Environment powered by usermode QEMU and systemd-nspawn
Environment setup from https://github.com/felixonmars/archriscv-packages/wiki/Setup-Arch-Linux-RISC-V-Development-Environment
QEMU is from https://github.com/andestech/qemu/tree/ast-v5_2_0-RVP-branch
