Error on Galleon.docx
Hi Andrea Pizzato
I am unable to access my Tezos contribution and I ve got all the Key hash and have done everything and tried to load, i.e created wallet, put my password (not 100 sure), put Public Key Hash #1, put Activation Code #1 & fundraiser email but I get the error message: provided string doesnt look like hex data.
I was advised to use the Andrea Pizzato programme to recover my password, so I have downloaded the 2 recovery files and loaded them on my Windows PC, but it seems complicated and wont work.

Can I get help with resolving this here please
