[Feature] Hide flashing disc icon for autosave

I was looking for a way to deactivate the flashing disc icon in the upper right corner (whenever the game is accessing the hard drive). It's an outdated feature and pretty annoying since it always flickers briefly, rather seeming like a visual glitch. To my surprise, I wasn't able to find an entry for it in the menu and the config doesn't seem to have one, either.

Therefore: Please add an option to hide it, even if only via config.

i thought it was to indicate autosaving, which actually autosaves every 30 seconds. you should disable autosaving in ironwail.cfg

Right, I didn't notice it occurs at regular intervals. Nevertheless, the option could then be to make these autosaves completely invisible for the player.
