Bug, feature request, or proposal:

Feature request

What is the expected behavior?

To have an option that makes the menu overlay transparent to user clicks, so user can switch between menus with a single click

What is the current behavior?

The current menu component acts like the select component, the menu overlay blocks user actions outside the menu.
User has to close the active menu before making other actions such as opening another menus

In the above gif image, I have to click twice before the other menu pops up,

What is the use-case or motivation for changing an existing behavior?

Provide a better user experience when switching between menus
