Summary

On the Deck Picker, the Add (+) floating action button does not respond to keyboard. Enter center does not open the menu, and Escape does not close it. Touch still works, so this only affects hardware keyboard, Bluetooth keyboard

Steps to reproduce

1. Use a device with a hardware keyboard (or an emulator, or Android TV with a D-pad).
2. Open the Deck Picker (main screen).
3. Press Tab until the Add (+) button has focus.
4. Press Enter

Expected

The Add menu expands (Add Note, Add Deck, Add Shared, Filtered). With the menu open, Escape closes it.

Actual

Nothing happens. The keypress is consumed but the menu never opens. Escape on an open menu also does nothing.
