AEDT graphical mode initial launching error

Hello! I re-installed AEDT (versions of 25R1 and 25R2), which is an academic version of my institute. Actually, my code was working well before, and there was no error. However, after re-installment, it's stucked in the initial launching stage, which shows an Ansys logo at the beginning, but EM desktop monitor is not opened after that. I attached my error log as follows:

Could you help me why this failed to create AedtApplication error occurs? If more information is needed, I can definitely provide it. Thank you!

In addition, consider to use the non deprecated arguments:

specified_version -> version
