Description of the bug

The extension reports error if the user click Micro Via -> Get Selection without any via selected.

Steps To Reproduce

1, unselect if there is anything selected.
2, click -> Micro Via -> Get Selection
3, select a via in layout and click -> Micro Via -> Get Selection. Error is triggered.
