Remove reliance on surface normals for smooth terrestrial locomotion #21

Terrestrial locomotion currently relies on smooth surface normals to orientate the actor body correctly and transition smoothly between faces. Reliance on surface normals should be removed so that the actor can move smoothly and freely across any arbitrary mesh.
