Add a manual backup option

Add an option to disable automatic versioning and to manually version the current file you are on.

The use case I have for this request is that I need to keep versions of files at specific times, between major changes that are written to an external system.
I write JIRA and Test cases in my vault and then copy them over to their respective locations. I would like to take a snapshot at that time so have a local version history of my changes.
