The CodeBeaver-Dev app to develop locally or (in the future) on staging.
To use it if you never installed a repo on your local env:

• Run ngrok locally against the frontend: ngrok http 5173
• Change the Setup URL below
• Run the app locally and authorize a repo you have access to

If you already did that and you just want the webhooks:

• Run ngrok locally against the backend: ngrok http 8000
• Update the webhook URL below
• Open or close and reopen a PR in the repo you auth'ed
