Aquarium protocols for molecular diagnostics of SARS-CoV-2 using PCR and RT-qPCR

About this repository

This repository contains two sets of files:

• One, with files located in diagnostic_rt_qpcr, is managed by pfish.
• One, located in all other folders, is managed by Aquarium's built-in export function.

Documentation is generated by the built-in export function and updated manually.

Background

The overall workflow is based on the CDC instructions for its 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel("the CDC Protocol," Fig. 1).
