find deployed OperationTypes

Often, we do not want to find OperationTypes that are not deployed. We may want to add a find_deployed method to the session.OperationType interface?

how about ``` class OperationType: @classmethod def find(self, *, id, category=None, deployed=True) -> List[OperationType] ``` and ``` @staticmethod def find_by_category(*, id, category, deployed=True) -> OperationType ```
