Document data element attribute values #17
Description
As a developer and API consumer I'd like to know all the attribute names defined for each element and a list of their valid values. For example the Notes element can contain a note type attribute with values Bibliography, Biographical/Historical, etc.
AFIK one must interrogate the staff user interface to understand these name/value pairs.
