Provide functionality to add rectangle and circles to images, to leverage this in object detection.
By default the shape should be in white and have a line width of 1. When the line width is lower than 1, the rectangle should be filled with the color.

Sample code to start from:

def draw_rectangle(img, x, y, width, height, thickness = -1, color=(255, 255, 255)):
    start = (x, y)
    end = (x+width, y+height)
    return cv2.rectangle(img, start, end, color, thickness)
