Under the board selection menu, add a section for previously selected boards.

Describe the current behavior

Currently, whenever you launch Arduino IDE, you have to select the Board, Port and, in some instances, part number. Could the selection be automatically saved and shown in a list of "History boards"?

I see we have another report about this at #330.

It is best to have only a single issue per subject so we can consolidate all relevant discussion to one place, so I'll go ahead and close this in favor of the other.
