Describe the bug
When I'm using 2 Arduino IDE's at the same time to work on 2 different projects, I see both COMs on both serial monitors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open first COM port in one Arduino IDE window
  2. Open second COM port in other Arduino IDE window
  3. You can see messages from both ports in both windows.

Expected behavior
Each window should only display messages from selected COM

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Version: 2.0.0 rc5 (same issue was on rc4 and rc3)

Hi @szerwi. Thanks for taking the time to submit an issue.

I see we have another report about this at #613.

It is best to have only a single issue per subject so we can consolidate all relevant discussion to one place, so I'll go ahead and close this in favor of the other.

If you end up with additional information to share, feel free to comment in the other thread.
