accidentally end screenshare for all users #616

I think we just need to handle the last item in bold.

User A starts screenshare.
User B starts screenshare.

Scenario 1
3. User A closes screenshare tab.
4. User B screenshare should be and still is active.

Scenario 2
3. User A clicks the "end screenshare button" on screenshare tab.
4. User B screenshare should be active, but has been deactivated.
