Unable to download Windows build - Link to file is refused. #15495
Description
Attempting to download latest Windows release of Phantom from Phantomjs.org fails.
Response from server is;
" Attempt to get headers for https://bitbucket.org/ariya/phantomjs/downloads/phantomjs-2.1.1-windows.zip failed.
The remote file either doesn't exist, is unauthorized, or is forbidden for url
