GK has set up a basic server, but probably need to build this out and start utilizing it if we want it to be the main community location to attract validators, users, etc.

Had a chat with GK on this today and we settled on a proposed initial structure for discord (trying to keep things as minimal/functional as possible to start and we can add more over time as needed). Should be ready to discuss this in our tuesday meeting next week.
