Suggestion - Allow 2 double tap options for chat messages #70

So in nekogram, while not made super clear to the user, they allow to set 2 different things to what happens when you double tap a message in chats.

If it's a message from someone else, it has its own options (reactions for example)

And if it's your own message it also has its own options. (Edit for example)

While sometimes it's useful to react to your own messages, 9 times out of 10 I'd wager that vast majority of people would agree out of the given or doable options, editing would make the most sense to what one would (if they could) want to do their own messages.

If desired, i can provide screen shots to demonstrate how this is implemented or what i mean
