logging creates a lot of warning messages about time wrapping, eg:

06-24 03:40 elara.plan_handlers WARNING Time Wrapping (new time:2020-04-01 23:59:59 < previous time:2020-04-02 02:02:56), idx: 3205

Suggest that these are supressed or down graded.
